In The Stairwell was an a cappella group act from Season 12 of America's Got Talent. They were eliminated in the Semifinals.
Background
Formed in 2004 by a group of freshmen at the U.S. Air Strength University in Colorado Springs, CO who—due to the discipline and rigors of their "doolie" twelvemonth—sang together in the but identify they could, "In the Stairwell" is the Academy'south premier all-male a cappella group. At present an official club, the cadets enjoy practicing each week and performing music from contemporary hits to the national anthem for official functions and entertainment on-base of operations and in the community.
